This allows us to reach you in the event of technical conflicts that occasionally prevent us from establishing initial e-mail contact with first-time subscribers. All subscriptions are nonrefundable. (Please note: Our office may be closed during the summer or year's end for periods of up to three weeks at a time. Orders received during these periods may experience a delay.)

Please remember that any instability with your e-mail address or e-mail account can influence your subscription. On some host systems, if you do not check your mail often enough your mailbox fills up. When that happens, or if you change online providers without notifying us, the host rejects incoming messages to your account. The host also bounces the message to Apologia with a "mailbox full" or some other error message. As a result, then OUR mailbox begins to swamp. Consequently, we must occasionally remove problem addresses from our mailing list. If this happens, please contact us about the problem and we will re-enter the e-mail address you specify. If the problems continue with a multiple of occurrences, Apologia reserves the right to discontinue service. It is not possible for Apologia to maintain service to unstable e-mail addresses or accounts.

The best way to avoid these problems is to keep Apologia current with your e-mail address changes in advance. Allow up to two weeks for eaddress changes to be implemented by Apologia once we have received them. In most cases the correction shall be made by us within a day or two.
